Singapore noodles have gained so much popularity in Australia that it’s almost impossible not to chance upon them. You’ll find them in Chinese, Malaysian, and a slew of other Asian restaurants. But oddly enough, they’re nowhere to be found in Singaporean restaurants—and for a reason.
